      phosphorus pentafluoride, phosphorous trifluoride, nitrogen trifluoride, boron trifluoride, sulfur tetrafluoride, and silicon tetrafluoride
  • Specified high-pressure gas to report
    • - A person who wants to use a specified high-pressure gas with a compressed gas storage facility whose storage capacity is 50 m3 or more
    • - A person who wants to use a specified high-pressure gas supplied through a pipeline
    • - A person who wants to use compressed monosilane, compressed diborane, liquefied algin, phosphine, hydrogen selenide, germane, disilane, arsenic pentafluoride, phosphorus pentafluoride, phosphorous trifluoride, nitrogen trifluoride
        boron trifluoride, sulfur tetrafluoride, silicon tetrafluoride, liquefied chlorine gas or liquefied ammonia
